It comes in a glass pot and has almost the same feel as wet eyeshadows, but heavier of course. Sorry for the very used up close Fluidline pot picture.
To apply it you need an angled brush. I have MAC 266 Small Angled Brush but any angled brush will do (I also have an eyebrow brush from EcoTools that could work the same).
The purpose of an angle brush is to help provide a sharp line. You can pick whatever thickness you like to wear and create it easily by tilting the brush sideways will applying. When I was learning how to apply Fluidline I practiced on my hand alot until I felt like I got the hang of it.
For more of an everyday look I don't prefer to wear black eyeliner. I love the way Dipdown goes on to more of a natural look. If you are worried about your makeup shifting through out the day I'd recommend a eye lid primer, but I have had literally no migration of eyeliner since shifting to Fluidline. This is including the fact that I apply it in the morning before work and then head to the gym after work and workout with it still on.
